Information
New Audio Corporation offers a wide range of high-quality, domestically produced electronics materials, including resistor pastes for a variety of applications. We develop original, special carbon pastes tailored to your needs, from low-resistance contacts to volume resistors and sliding applications. We can meet a variety of needs, including resistor ink, carbon-based variable resistors, sensor resistors, and sliding sensors. New Audio Corporation
We manufacture and sell carbon paste conductive inks with a variety of specifications. These products have been trusted for many years by a wide range of manufacturers, both domestic and international. We also manufacture carbon pastes with specifications tailored to your needs, even in small lots.
The GM-series carbon paste is made for variable resistors by mixing and kneading two types of graphite and two types of carbon black, each with its own unique resistivity, with a specially manufactured phenolic resin. In addition, our unique manufacturing method has enabled us to supply it at a lower price than conventional products.

Product overview
Our conductive carbon paste GM- is a one-component thermosetting carbon paste that can be screen printed. It has excellent hardness (5H) and excellent conductivity and resistance. Typical applications include screen printing on substrates that form resistors for automobile potentiometers, motors, cameras, etc.
Product Features
The ink has an excellent hardness of 5H after printing.
The ink resistance ranges from 40Ω to 2MΩ.
By combining the optimum graphite and carbon for each resistance value (40Ω/Sq to 2MΩ/Sq), stable performance can be obtained over a wide range of resistance values.
Since a high boiling point solvent is used, the material does not dry on the plate, allowing you to work under the same conditions at all times.
The coating film after printing has excellent leveling properties, allowing you to achieve a smooth surface in a short amount of time.
Being a one-component type, it is excellent for printing and mass production.
How to use
Stir the mixture thoroughly before use to make it homogeneous.
The screen can be made of either stainless steel or tetron.
(The optimum mesh size for Tetoron is #200 to #300.)Be sure to degrease and clean the application surface.
For curing conditions, please refer to Figure I "Curing Temperature Curve."
